My Story: Soul Medicine

A 6-week soul healing immersion where we combine emotional storyboarding, intuitive energy work, and nervous system support.

We explore the subconscious scripts you’ve been carrying—shaped by early life, trauma, or conditioning—and gently begin to rewrite them.

You’ll receive a supportive packet with rituals, prompts, and instructions for creating a personal altar using childhood photos, helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that were left behind.

This isn’t talk therapy. This is energetic storytelling. Soul work. A return to your truth.

Ideal if you feel stuck in emotional loops, reactive patterns, or ready to reclaim the story that is truly yours.
